We were offered a tidy room with grubby window, the heating, as example. Food was delightful and their restaurant was really nice. Excellent service and a lovely pool onsite. Quick check-in was a bonus.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite busy.

Just a balanced option for a lightning stop in Solihull with value for money. The food and service were excellent, couldn't fault it. Make sure to ask for any specific dietary needs in advance to avoid issues.

It was near to my destination but not memorable
The Bar was shabby and the bar food indifferent. By 8-30 am the breakfast bar was not well stocked

The cost was the main draw. We were not expecting the Hotel to be so nice for the price. Us another couple were really pleased with service, rooms & facilities. Staff were all really helpfull. We would definantly return and recommend. The only tiny issue would be is a little out of main centre for nightlife, but overcome with staff happly sorting/arranging low cost taxi.

The family room was spacious and provided a comfortable setting for our stay. The children thoroughly enjoyed the warm pool and varied breakfast. Some areas like the bathrooms need better upkeep and could benefit from improved cleanliness.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakast was of a very good quality.
Although we enjoyed our stay we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the spa facilties. The design of the pool area was dated resulting in certain areas being green with moss or mildew or whatever else it is that creates green sliminess after exposure to water. The sides of the pool looked grey but the discolouration came from dirtiness. We did not stay long because of this grubiness.
